Mental Health

You Deserve Attentive and Compassionate Therapy

Therapy won’t work without a space that feels collaborative and validating. As a therapist I value a person-centered, mindfulness-based approach that empowers you to work with your body and mind instead of against it. I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 2015. I offer telehealth appointments through Lighthouse Counseling and can see clients in the state of Illinois. Please click on the link above to navigate to the Lighthouse Counseling website where you can request a mental health counseling appointment with me.

Please note that my therapy services are separate from the Career Coaching services I provide, which you can read more about here.
